Thank You

11.3.2010
What a ride! This campaign went from cellar to stellar in a matter of two months. Early on, few people thought we had a chance: No name recognition, no money and very little time. The odds were against us. But—people like you believed in us.

In two months, we raised over a million dollars, gained statewide name recognition and gave both of our opponents a run for their (corporate and Tea Party) money. And I couldn't be prouder of the campaign we ran. We stuck to the issues, remained positive and never lost our sense of humor. Alaskans liked that.

Now that Election Day has passed, I want to take a moment to personally thank you for your contribution to this campaign. We truly could not have done it without you.

Even though the election didn't turn out the way we hoped it would, Alaska is a place for opportunities. I promise to keep in touch with you and let you know what my future plans may be.

With gratitude,

McAdams sig 365

Scott McAdams

10.8.2010
Kyle Hopkins
How do you reverse decades of shamefully high suicide rates in rural Alaska? Who should get first crack at hunting and fishing on public land? Is it time to change a much-criticized program that awards billions of dollars in government contracts to Alaska Native corporations?

The three contenders for U.S. Senate tackled some of Alaska's thorniest policy puzzles in their first joint appearance of the general election campaign Thursday in Anchorage.
